cake filling poll
torn between a few options...
we definitely want vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream on the outside
can't decide on fillings... here are our choices:
two layers of dulce de leche (caramel) buttercream with heath bar crunchies in one slice
one layer of dulce de leche (caramel) buttercream with heath bar crunchies and a layer of chocolate ganache in one slice
two layers of lemon buttercream with fresh raspberry puree in one slice
one layer of lemon buttercream with fresh raspberry puree and one layer of raspberry buttercream with fresh raspberry puree in one slice
let me know what you think!

Re: cake filling poll
Although I love raspberry, I'm not sure how the lemon creme would taste, so I'm also going with the option with chocolate.

Re: cake filling poll
i think the lemon is hit-or-miss with guests (half will love it, half will hate it) so i think i'd stay away from that.
i like either of the dolche choices ... i'm ADDICTED to caramel

Re: cake filling poll
Ok totally not a fair poll because they all look amazing! I'm huge raspberry lemon fan though. But dolce de leche with heath bar sounds amazing

Re: cake filling poll
I picked the last option, lemon creme and raspberry creme..I don't like the idea of candy in a wedding cake, and I prefer fruity over caramel.
