We went for our food tasting last night and picked out our wedding cake. The thing we had most difficulty with was the cake filling. We are doing a vanilla/yellow cake and are not sure what filling to use. We only want to do one filling. For right now we chose chocolate mousse but I'm not sure if that is too much chocolate since we have the chocolate fountain. I want something that everyone (or most of the guests) will enjoy. Other ones we were thinking about was canoli or canoli with chocolate chip or strawberry or custard and strawberry. Any suggestions??

Polls not working, but I had a chocolate cake and the CF. IMO theres never enough chocolate and I know my guests were pleasantly surprised.
I had canoli cream w/ chocolate chips and raspberry. The raspberry was AMAZING! I could have done w/o the canoli cream.

I think any choice will be good. I would go with Canoli cuz I love it.

Some people don't like cannoli, so as long as you have a combination so guests get a choice, you're good to go! Raspberry is my fav.
