I found out what bakery the caters use and then ordered a cake on my own, paid for it, and decided from there. We went with whipped cream icing, chocolate devils food with white chocolate moouse. It was not too sweet and light and yummy.

Chocolate cake, whip cream with raspberry filling..I am debating about cannoli cream or mousee filling as well..
If it was up to me i would bake a duncan hines cake...I am def not too fond of bakery cake. I have try my best not to make a face when he feeds me cake![]()

We went with buttercream(my personal favorite), with white chocolate mousse & cannolli filling. It was outrageous! I should note though that my DH & I decieded to cut the top of our cake into 12 slices & eat one for each of our monthly anniversaries(I'm pretty sure I got this idea from one of the girls on LIW) & the cannolli filling doesn't really hold its flavor. Everything else is just as fresh as the day we were married, but the cannolli filling has a bitter taste to it. Just an FYI, but it was perfect on our wedding day!![]()
