Cake Fillings

Im having trouble picking out cake filling for our Wedding Cake...
me personally is not a big cake person...but i know alot of people really enjoy cake! so i want something good...

i was told you can pretty much ask for anything? even something thats not listed on their website. what did you girls pick out??

Chocolate cake with caramel and white chocolate mousse fillings... they called it the 'Milky Way' cake. Yummmy I am looking forward to it!

We haven't gone for our tasting yet, but I think we might do choc cake with canoli filling.

we had a rainbow cake that tasted just like the little italian rainbow cookies - almond and raspberry. yum!

I would LOVE to do this...but I'm sure it's not an option for me! The cakes don't have the best rep at my RH...very standard and dated, blah. I think I can't go wrong with chocolate and canolli, but we'll see. I won't find out for a few months what my choices are!

We are going for our cake tasting next week and we chose:

chocolate ganache cake with dark chocolate hazelnut mousse filling

and

white chocolate almond cake with dark chocolate mousse filling

they sound so yummy!!!!!!!!!!
