What flavor cake are you having and what filling? I was told that there are alot of fillings out there but I have never tried some of them. Do they let you have a tasting before selecting?

Carrot Cake!! Yummm.. with cream cheese icing! Don't think I'm not bringing a slice of that bad boy back to the hotel room!!!!

Chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse filling!
what do you guys think about fondant vs. buttercream frosting? i love the smooth look of the fondant, but i heard that it doesnt taste good.......

I heard that about fondant as well… if I chose fondant, I would definitely get it from Audrey’s bakery since they are AWESOME! I wouldn’t go with the catering hall cake.
We’re undecided about that…. but honestly, I heard that our hall cake tastes very good, and it’s not bad looking either. I think I would rather put the extra money towards something else. JMO

i am definetly going with the cake from Jericho, but i guess ill make my decision at the tasting.
