Cake flavors

Can you give me some suggestions for cake flavors.
Nothing extremely fancy but some that appeal to most people.

um I love Carrot Cake, but I am weird!!! lol I think regular yellow, or chocolate are the safest. If you are Italian or will have lots of Italians at your wedding Canoli would be good.

I'm doing Carrot, but if you have no preference, the basic choice would be yellow cake with some kind of fruit (raspberry, strawberry) and/or cream filling.
