I am not 100% positive but I would love to have different flavors for the different layers. I like the Baileys Filling, maple filling, caramel etc.....

Red Velvet...if I like the way the bakery does it...Ive tasted a few imposter red velvet cakes...

I know the feeling with the imposters with the red velvet cake!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS GOTTA BE DONE RIGHT! I am jealous bring me some!
We want chocolate cake with seedless raspberry filling. I wanted to do a different filling for each layer and FH said that he wanted to take care of the cake 'thing' and he did by just picking one filling! At least I can't say he hasn't done anything!!!

Wow...all those flavors sound delicious! I haven't looked into cakes yet, but I can't wait to go for the tasting!
BTW...we recently went to a wedding where they had kept the cake displayed on a small table all night.
I never saw that before and didn't really like the idea of the cake just sitting there collecting dust...
I always thought the cake is kept refrigerated and brought out in time for cutting it.
Anyone else plan on doing this?
