Oh my gosh! Try the chocolate cake with the vanilla mousse. People were angry because it was the smallest layer of my engagement cake (which.. by the way.. looked more like a wedding cake than engagement pary cake)

I think that my wedding cake was out of this world amazing... even the fondant! Our was made by Audrey's in Sayville. So many of our guests loved loved loved the red velvet!
I'm a bit of a foodie with a major sweet tooth. Here's the cake run-down on on the places I've been to:
