Does anyone know anything about the Rolling Pin bakery in Setauket? They are East Winds baker. I wanted to know if their cakes were good. If not I was considering Collette Foley. I tasted her cakes at a showcase and was impressed. Any info on her too? Thanks a million!

Can't comment on Rolling Pin, but I met with Collette and she is awesome. You can set up an appointment with her and select samples and she will bring you mini-cakes for tasting. The pictures she brought of her work were very impressive. I ended up going to Carlos Bakery in Hoboken, but Collette was our second choice.
