it depends, it can be anywhere between 2 pp to 10pp

We actually had to do this because I did not feel so well after I had a tasting of our in-house cake maker. So we chose another baker, who by the way I think is awesome. The cake was supposed to be included in the price of each person at my reception place. When we asked how much credit we'd get, we were very shocked. It will actually be a fifth, if you're lucky, of the price another bakery may charge for a slice of their cake. Anyway, sorry to ramble, but our new baker is charging $4.25 per person for a fondant cake.
