CAKE QUESTION

woudl it be silly or tacky to match my wedding cake colors to my overall colors of red balck and white?

my bm is doing a red and black theme for her wedding this september and her cake is red and black! I say go for it!

I think a black and white cake with maybe a red monogram topper would be cute. Just don't over do it

My colors are ivory, red and black and I plan on doing that somehow. I actually saw a cake once that was covered in chocolate ganache...and then they put red ribbons around the base of each tier. (sorry, didn't save the pic)

I don't think it would be tacky if you do it tastfully I think this cake would look really nice with red roses in some spots or with any red flower you might be using!
