If ur RH is a normal catering hall/restaurant, then there is no reason why they wouldn't have champagnje glasses and an abbundance of cake knives servers.

I am absolutely using whatever they have cuz IMO its the biggest waste of $ and space. It would end up in my attic collecting dust, just to be at a garage sale one day.
