cake tasting

we have our cake tasting on saturday at dortinins..
should we plan on sketching out our design or just tasting flavors and cake etc.
our cake is included in our reception package from there

cake tasting - Long Island Weddings

I would go with ideas but definitely ask them first what is including in the package. You don't want to fall in love with a cake and find out it costs a lot of money because most of it is 'add on's' and cost extra.
