We did our cake tasting today at A Taste of Home!! It went really well!! We chose three different cake flavor/filling combinations and started to discuss the cake design. We didnt land on the exact design yet, but I think we are in a good place. I was even surprised that there was more included in our cake package at The Hamlet than I originally thought. We are definitely upgrading the cake a little bit - but not that much and the upgrades really aren't that expensive.
I'm so excited to start checking something else off the list! :):)

That sounds like an awesome cake. Our cake is one flavor-chocolate caramel mousse with devil's food cake. We figured with the ice cream station there will be something for everyone

We are going with three different flavors. the top layer is going to be chocolate cake with cannoli filling, the 2nd layer is lemon and vanilla cake, third layer is chocolate cake with raspberry puree/chocolate fudge filling, and the bottom layer is the cannoli and chocolate cake. YUM!!!
