Cake Tasting Question

I'm planning on using the cake provided by RH. They use Erga Bakery. When would I schedule a tasting? Anyone else use them?

lol I just got back from there. It is a little place and the people are really nice and the cake was amazing:) We are doing chocolate cake chocolate filling and fresh strawberry and banana

Can you get a different cake for each layer (i.e., one chocolate layer, one vanilla layer, red velvet layer)? They are the bakery for my RH too. Thanks.

That sound really yummy!!! Are there set designs and flavors to choose from when its a RH cake?
