Me & FH had our cake tasting at Francescos. Um it was beyond delicious!!! I had a prior cake tasting at dortonis and francescos beat them w.o a doubt in my opinion. We tried soo many cakes with fillings. My fav was hazlenut mousse, choc mousse and FH loves Choc pudding. Oh and their cannoli cream filling was so delic and I dont even like connoli. anyways so ye im very excited for my wedding cake. We are doing 4 tiers- the bottom one square and other 3 round. One fondant ribbon.. and the fondant on the cake itself will have a floral design. also he is adding light lavender pearls to each tier.
I am also adding the fondant design we are using.
Oh and the fondant is soooooooooo delicious its like eating marshmallows!
wow thats awesome! but im very surprised! we have been going to dortoni for years now, and i loveeeee their cakes! if you are saying this place is better, I MUST check them out!!! Where are they located!

I also had an amazing experience at francescos a week or 2 ago. I have to agree with their awesomeness!
Beautiful cake BTW! I'm also gonna do the bottom tier square and top 3 round, w choc fondant and gold ribbon at the base of each tier.
