Cake Tastings

Ok so we may be done w/ all big vendors today except limos and we're working on that w/i next few weeks so I said to FH this morning- onto the really fun stuff like cake

Any advice on cake tasting? Places to go? How was it and any places anyone has been where price of cakes won't break the bank?

Most RH halls supply the cake for you. I know one uses Cardinali's in Syosset. They are suppose to be pretty good.

I think this is a great question. . . b/c when we went to our food tasting at Floral Terrace. . . we did not have any cake. They do include cake and before I choose the kind of cake, what it will look like and the fillings, I would like to know what everything tastes like too.

Maybe we can ask if they make the cake there or have it made at some bakery near by that we can go to taste it.

i can't wait till our cake tasting. i think east wind's cakes come from the rolling pin. so i'm guessing i would schedule a tasting with them closer to the wedding.

My RH is the Swan Club too but they said the cake was included? Or do you just want something different?
