Ok so I was eating cheesecake on sunday... and I was thinking I want my wedding cake to be cheesecake.... but just the bottom layer, or have a seperate cake. For those that dont like cheesecake, I'm not going to force them. FH and I went on our first real date to the cheesecake factory, and I LOVEE![]()
their Godiva Cheesecake... it's sooo rich and I love chocolate.. <333 What do you guys think? And what kind of cake do you want?

I agree with the girls I would probably have it for the rehearsal dinner.
I like the idea although I am not a fan of cheesecake...but I love that you want something different...I think I want something chocolate for my cake.
Hmm... I love cheesecake but I'm not so sure how this would work... think about how cheesecake is... kind of soft. I dont think you could do anything but the top layer as cheesecake because I dont know how much weight a cheesecake would be able to support with the other layers. Obviously a bakery would know more than me but this would be something to possibly consider.
FH and I already decided that we are going to have Cheesecake Factory's Lemon Raspberry Cream Cheesecake at the wedding. It is to die for!!! I say go for it!!!

maybe you can get those mini cheescakes as favors or if you are good at baking you can make them in a cupcake pan you poor in the cheescake batter in each little circle and you have mini cheescakes! and you can decorate them or put crushed cookie on top!
try elegant cheesecakes..... they make amazing cheesecake weddding cakes

that sounds like a good idea... mini cheesecakes.... i like.... i could write our names on them.. our date... i'll take a look into that...
