Cake today!

DH's birthday is on Christmas Day, so I usually bring a cake to the office on the last work day before Christmas, i.e. today. I tried a different bakery this time, a place in Astoria called La Guli (Celia, do you know it?). DH got my bday cake from there over the summer. He got a cannoli cake and it was delicious!
I did something different for his cake though - chocolate cake, chocolate cannoli filling and ganache frosting. It sounds good, but I hope it's not chocolate over load!!

It's on 29th and Ditmars, there's a florist and a church on the same block.
I'm waiting for the ILs to come in so I can serve the cake, but they're late.
