I think its too heavy. looks like there is a lot of weight to it. I would ask the cake ppl if it will hold. as for the hair part, I wouldnt worry about it, its the idea not how close to reality they look. beautiful figurine!

Looks heavy for a cake topper. But you could always get it and put it on the table next to or in front of the cake.........Like this:

Way too heavy.
My sister had a Lenox cake topper from a few years ago... it had two swans with their necks interlocked or something. It was too heavy to put on the cake. And it was much smaller than that one!
Put it in front of the cake like that picture Laura posted.

its beauitful but i agree that its prob too heavy, whats their return policy? maybe you could order it and see for yourself an d send it back if it doesnt work

I agree that it looks like it might be too heavy BUT....maybe you can have plastic or light model made of it????? See if there are any etsy or online cake topper makers who can make on original piece for you!!!

I dont want any flowers on my cake as well. thats why im getting just the monogram cake topper (or making one myself) if u put this one next to it, I dont think u will need anything on top. I think anything else might be too much of stuff
