Cake Topper VENT

I ordered a custom cake topper from an Etsy dealer. She promised to get started on it by July 26 and send me proofs in the next three to five days. I see all my other orders coming in and realized I haven't hear from her or seen my proof or anything. I message her on Etsy and find out she hasn't even started but plans to start sometime this week. My wedding is in less than 2 weeks and I don't think I am being unreasonable in wanting to have the cake topper by Friday so that I know it is done and in my hands. I really wanted it but I told her I had to cancel the order and get a refund because I wasn't sure it would or could arrive on time and now I am forced to by another cake topper. She hasn't responded yet. I'm just irritated. I don't need to worry about a cake topper this close to my wedding date. Now I have to go out and find a generic topper. I'm so not happy now.

aww hun. i'm sorry. what did it look like? maybe we can help you find a similar one out there
