Cake Topper Vent

This is my first vent and the only vendor that I am having a problem with.

I ordered a beautiful cake topper from All For Your Wedding (recommended by a LIW Bride) and it has been TWO MONTHS and I have not received the cake topper yet or any confirmation that it is on its way. I have left three e-mails and called twice and no response. I have, however, been billed!

UGH.

Hopefully you paid by credit card so just dispute the charge.
