Does the catering hall give us a cake topper and cake cutter or do we have to purchase both ourselves??

you usually have to purchase them yourself. you can always register for them and get them as a shower gift thats what i did for the knife set my dh close friend bought them for us.

the hall normally provides a cake topper for you to keep.... but you probably want to buy one yourself(nicer)....
cake cutter... the hall will provide one for you to use not keep.. or you could buy a nice one to keep
