Cake Toppers (Please help)

I am going to order my cake topper from www.craftcuts.com but I have no clue which one. I want to add the crystels to it myself. I am ready for my first DIY project.

Can someone help with with the type I should order. I think I am going to go with the metal one. Our Initals are PAT. I want the P and T small and the A big. HOw many inches should I do for each. Thanks so much girls..
