Cakes by jay info- UPDATED WITH INFO!!!
Hey girls!!! so a lot of you lovely ladies asked for cakes by jay info....I am just rushing around a little bit this morning but i will get back to everyone a little later!!!

Ok ladies...there were over 20 FM's to me asking about CBJ....so I am just going to post it on here...if you have any further questions, please feel free to ask!

I honestly do not know what the 'average' cake would cost...so maybe i am no help?! lol...but it seemed like the more stuff you added on the more it would be....
we are doing a 4 tiered (all different shapes for the layers cake) cake, with 3 different flavors. We are doing colors, shimmer stuff, and some crystals hanging off the cake, lots of hand detailing, mimicking which ever dress i chosse _knock on wood_ the POB dress!!! the cake is also going to have our monogram on it, and flowers (made by him not the ones the florist would use)
Also (and i do not know if this is important to any of you, it was to me) the entire piece is cake! Alot of places just do the layer that you will cut into as cake and then the rest is fake....This does indeed save money but this is NOT what i wanted and it didnt seem like he does it either....
So i was in awe the ENTIRE time...i love the food network (my father owns a deli, so food is important to us and I always watch it with him) and i abs love jay...lol..he was such a sweet heart and was all about making my vision come to life....the cake was a VERY important thing to us...
we budgeted 10-12 per slice....we came in right at 10per slice...However the detailing is pretty elaborate and the 4 layers are going to be LARGE!...i have heard a lot of girls saying on avg he is 6-8 per slice....
I feel like no matter your budget he will DEF work with you! I do not see how he couldn't bec he was such a sweetheart!!
as for the favors...he had cupcakes and he said to me that orginally he charges 9per cupcake (with the boxing, ribbon, decor etc) However since we were doing our calke with him, he said it would be less...This was too much for us bec we really want to do a donation as welll....So then i bring up the mini-pie thing (we are having a fall wedding and I REALLLY want these lol) and he said he could do them for me no prob...He just needed to price everything out for me...so when i know, i will let you know....
Currently he is in glen cove, moving to farmingdale as of June 1st so it might be a little hectic as far as meeting with him and what not...
