Caligraphy

So I'm ordering my invites, placecards and all of my other wedding stationary from a woman on Etsy... I want to order it all now so I have them which means I can't have her address them for me... it's just too far away from the wedding so I have no idea where people will be living, what their guest situation would be... I would hate to put & guest on an invite for someone who a year from now may have a serious significant other...

Have any of you used a caligrapher? What do they usually charge? I would need outer envelopes and place cards (about 100 of each).

Should I just print the envelopes myself and just have someone write out the place cards for me?
