calla lilly CP and Bo-K question

Ok I was set on having both of these, but someone told me that calla lillies look very different when they are closed or open and that you don't know what you'll get!! Now I don't know what to do! Any comments from girls using calla lillies?

I'm having calla lillies for my CP's and I'm not worried at all. I'm using Signature florist and I trust them completely. I wouldn't stress about it too much.

I love callas -- go with it! I'm using them for the BM & groomsmen boutineres (sp?). I think they're in my bridesmaids bo-K too.

I used callas for my Bok and for the entire wedding party. There were definitely no problems. All the callas were beautiful and held up very well.

The BoK pictured above was mine.
I loved it.
We had the callas CPs, which everyone loved.
Complete trust with Flower Michele.

I have seen calla lilly Bo-Ks and CPs and thought they were amazing! Definitely go with it!

i don't have a good shot of cp online but here is my DW bo-k

fyi: i scanned this pictures...the roses are like a pure red and the scan came out a dark burgandy (sp)

i used all calla lillies and it was absolutely beautiful - my bouquet was all cascading calla lilies an bear grass - my centerpieces were tall calla lillies with bear grass and my qirls held bouquets of pink ones ties together with ribbon --- and it looked all so elegant put together...

we used burtons - and they were so affordable - they didnt charge us extra for calla lilles like most florists do

here are some pics - sorry i dont have a better pic of our centerpiece on this computer - but you can get the idea from it

Thanks girls I knew I could count on the girls on this site to reassure me that I didn't make a bad flower choice I'm sticking with the calla lillies!! The bo-k and CPs you posted are gorgeous!

I had calla lily's in both and I loved them! I'm sure your florist will make sure they look fabulous!

I'm doing everything Calla's. My florist is John from flower Michele, and I trust in him completely. For my centerpieces I am having Giant calla's. They are soooooooo gorgeous!!
