Not really sick sick, but the other day I did an intense lower body workout and I could barely get out of bed this morning! There was no way I was making it up and down the stairs in the subway! At least I'll have more time to post today!

dang i wish I thought of it I need a mental health day just to lay in bed with the remote and watch tv all day I had a great V-day and i need to rest now
