I used Debi from the Blooming Quill for hand calligraphy. She is in Wisconsin and you mail her your envelopes. At first I was scared about that, but several friends used her so I knew it would be fine. I got 175 envelopes back in less than a week. I booked her a year ago, so her prices may have gone up. You can try the people on my Budget vendor site - they're all under $1.50 a set. I have 4. Order samples from all of them!
I used Reeva Rothman from Nsgrahms pages she charges 150 for inner and outter and did the most spectaular job, totally outdid what her smaples show plus she called me multiple times to confirm my spelling of addresses and names which I had spelled wrong, what a sweet lady.
