Calligraphy

How much does a calligraphy cost?? I'm debating if I should hire one or just print the envelopes on the computer...

we did professional computer calligraphy
it cost $1 per pair of envelopes (inner and outer)
we used follow your heart (liw vendor)

well the prices definitely range!

We're using Michele Clark, but she books up very fast!

I mailed my envelopes up to Wendy Trout this weekend...she only charges 1.50 per set (inner and outer) and does her calligraphy by hand - I can't wait to see them! She said it will only take a week - I'll let you know how they look!

Being that I am not getting married untill october of 2008, I was looking to do it myself and take a class.
Anyone ever do that? and where?

i bought a book a few years ago and taught myself. It was decent..

I was thinking of trying it again, and then maybe doing the envelopes myself.

If not, I will print them on the computer.

Someone recommended this lady in the city to me so i will see what she can do...After the idiot parade i had with my e-party invites i dont want any of that stress with doing the addresses myself.

I'm so lucky...my cousin does them! She did an AMAZING job! I think she charges 1.50 for inner and outer and they come out great! FM me if you want her info
