What kind of calligraphy pen are you looking for?
Sheaffer has a nice set for $16.99 that comes with three different nibs.
My personal favorite are the Rotring Calligraphy Pens. Both of these, the Sheaffer and Rotring need ink cartridges.
Calligraphy markers do not require cartridges. I would recommend Zig Color Twin Waterproof. These are really good for invitation lettering. The Staedtler is good too and is waterproof.
I'm purchasing a few this weekend at Pearl in NYC this weekend myself. You can pretty much pick up the last two at any store where they sell stationary and products for scrapbooks or purchase them online.
