Re: calligraphy prices
We are using Favorite Things, I found out about them from posts on this board. They do both laser and hand calligraphy. Laser is $1.50 per set (inner and outer envelopes)and hand is $2.00 per set.
The website is http://www.favoriteinvites.com

Re: calligraphy prices
I used Inkspun (http://www.inkspun.com) they do only computerized calligraphy. They are super cheap ($0.39 per outer envelope, $0.20 per inner) and I was very pleased with how they looked.

I am going to use Debi from www.bloomingquill.com
Her samples are great and she is ultra responsive.
