Calligraphy Question

I am starting to learn calligraphy o I can address my wedding invites...

What type of pen should I use for the invites?

Any other advice?

are you asking regarding calligraphy pen tips? or specific brands?

I used a medium tip...I think fine isn't enough...and I was scared that I'd mess up if I used a large tip...

I got really used to it...and actually enjoyed addressing all the invites by hand...

I debated over colored ink...but in the end decided to go with basic black...

I don't like felt tip pens...they don't give a look that I wanted...

I use shaeffer products...i am not sure if there is another manufacturer or if they have the market covered...

I bought a kit that had 3 tips...so I could experiment in what I liked...and it had many different colored inks...

now I just buy black refills...
