Re: Calligraphy ?s
We got a price quote from MinuteMen Press for $110 for 180 invites for laser printing. They have a few locations. I've also heard a ton of brides talk about Inkspun and their work. I'm probably going to go with either one.

Re: Calligraphy ?s
For your wedding invites I would do calligraphy rather than print labels....

I used Inkspun for calligraphy and had a great experience with them.

Re: Calligraphy ?s
I know someone at my job who has a calligrapher in his family. Everyone from my job has used her and has said nothing but great things.

Re: Calligraphy ?s
I heard great things about inkspun and they are .39 cents an envelope! They have pages of fonts to choose from as well!

Re: Calligraphy ?s
I have a friend who is running the envelopes through her printer in a calligraphy font. I would avoid labels on wedding invitations. BUt i have gotten invitations with labels on it. But most consider it tacky for a wedding

Re: Calligraphy ?s
That website (inkspun.com) is great, except is the ink raised? If it's not raised, then I may as well just run them through my own printer.
Thoughts?

Re: Calligraphy ?s
My mom was going to do it. I bought her all of the pens and everything because she knows how...and then FH found a font online that looks handwritten and told me he doesn't want my mom to waste all that time writing when she can be helping me with something else. I still wnt her to do it, so i'm tossing the idea back and forth. I'll ask him the font he downloaded and post it here, though.

I don't think the ink is raised. IMO they are going to throw out the envelopes, I would put that money to some other use.

For my save the date envelopes, I did a Baroque Antique Script and printed them out on my personal printer. They looked amazing. I never took a pic of them, but this is a sample of the font.
