I was just wondering where all you 9/03 brides were at with your vendors & things. EVERYONE keeps telling me that I am soooooo ahead of myself, but I feel like I'm lagging, and that not everything is going to be done by the time the wedding comes around......

I've haven't posted on here in a while. . . but, I'm waiting until December to go on my honeymoon next year b/c my FH will be in graduate school for his MBA and won't be able to go until Christmas Break - and I'm excited b/c once the wedding is over, I'll have something else to look forward to for a few more months! And, I already booked my make up artist, I'm using Jillian from Gorgeous Faces. I had my trial and loved it!

Yes, we will be at 1000 before we know it.

Curly - I wouldn't mind postponing but the middle of October thru December are the busiest weeks for me at work so it would be hard to go in November. I have talked to my boss though and she said to do whatever we have to so we def may consider it. But there is a part of me that wants to go right after the wedding b/c we will need the break. lol

SEpt20 - I had the same question - I saw Oct's post and I am freaking since I haven't even thought about booking makeup yet and I see Curley has already too ...hmm....I am 9/21...

I booked make-up and have already begun looking for hair. I think I've narrowed it down to 3 salons I want to do trial at beginning next year.

Tanbride- I think have bad news for you.... Please don't quote be on this but another bride who was your day wanted to use her on here and she was booked. My advice- call immediately. She recommended me to someone else, who I called and said when she gets married this girl will do her make-up. That made me feel good.

oh dear...i left a message and e-mailed her - i will let you know - who would think that Sept 2003 would be taken already - oh god! thanks so much for the heads up Sept!!

Curley: where are you checking into for hair. A salon I called in my town wants $200 for the Bride and $100 per BM - then again, she has to open on a sunday but isn't that a high price?!!!

First time posting here...FOr those of you still looking into Make-up and hair- I booked a bridal asst for the whole day. Her name is Elena Nadolny and she was highly reccomended to me. For $275 she comes to your house in the morning for hair and make-up and stays with you all day for touch ups until your first dance. She's really easy to talk to without feeling bad about hurting feelings and all. If anyone want her number, I will post it tonight. (I'm at work and don't have it on me.)

Did everyone book their limos? That is my next project...

I'm using Regency Limos - they advertise on this board. I'm getting the limobus that seats 32 and I'm so excited about it!

You ladies are sooo ahead of me - I am taking a wedding planning siesta during the holidays but in January I am full steam ahead..

I still need to chose a florist, limos, hair, makeup, invites, and the list goes on and on! I left the HM up to FI.....
