Ok, here's the deal: I'm taking a stratigic management class and the group project is to do a strategy for a business, and my group chose to do a destination event planning service, in particular weddings. The service would be much like a wedding planner, but with connections at the destination, and there is no limitation on the desination. Even if you are not doing a desination wedding, please take a moment to 'what if' and concider if you would use such a service. My survey will be used as a 'market study', so please participate.

Good luck with your project! I had to do one of those!
It's funny, it was my hardest class and the most amount of work but, it ended up being the best class I took!

i did one of those classes...but we did something on phones...not as much fun...good luck!

I AM doing a Destination Wedding, and an event planner is pretty much customary. If you didn't have one - it would be rather difficult to plan from another country.

Although I did not plan a destination wedding myself, I have a few friends who did. To tell you the truth, almost every destination that offers destination weddings has an on-site coordinator. They coordinate all of your vendors as part of the service, so I do not know if another one would be required.
