Calling all creative and/or bargain shoppers

I have a huge project in the works and I need lots of props! Now my questions is where can I get inexpensive items such as:

Pirate hat and eye patch
Dog Costumes
Ball and chain
Kids baseball Jersey
Wigs
Black top hat

I know it's an odd request but I don't want to spend 100's of bucks on this stuff :)

I would try to e-bay those things or something. I am sure you can find them at a party-city type of place BUT you're right and that may get costly.

I would even say Walmart for some of the stuff, but it won't have everything - unless you can wait until Halloween

Well our english bulldog is a huge part of our lives so I needed to incorporate him into the wedding, I decided to do it with the table numbers. I will be taking pictures of him but I need a ton of props!
