Does anyone know if you need a park ticket if you want to eat breakfast at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian? We were thinking of booking a reservation for breakfast there on our last morning in Disney but we won't have a park ticket for that day and we weren't sure if it was necessary. Thanks for any help!!

No, you don't need a park ticket to eat breakfast there.
I love the Grand Floridian. We stayed there when we went for our mini-moon. I want to go back sooooo bad.

Nope.. you dont...THE Grand Floridian is my fav. hotel in Disney and i would say Definatly book the breatkfast it will be well worth it!!!!!

1900 Park fare is AMAZING! So yummy and so awesome. I was just there in June. You don't need a park ticket and i dunno if your driving, but parking is free for guests. As for the Grand Floridan as a hotel, i've never stayed there but i heard it was highly overrated for the price. Anyone have any opinons on why it was worth the money. I stayed at the carrbean beach resort 4 years ago and the rooms were kinda tiny and i heard most of the rooms in disney are pretty much all the same no matter what the resort.
FH and I are going to Disney for part of our Honeymoon and were not sure where to stay yet. He loves the Polynesian so thats an option.

me and FH got ingaged in disney at Cinderella's Castle, so we wanted to go back this thanksgiving. Is this place really good for breakfast? where are good places to stay and eat?

We also got engaged in Disney! Itsn't it great!!! I ate at the castle YEARS ago and remember it being OK. I would completely reccommend the 1900 Park Fair breakfast buffet! I've heard nothing but great things about the steakhouse in canada (epcot), but its always been booked solid everytime i've went to disney (5 times!).
As for where to stay, we usually stay off property since its SOOO much cheaper, but if your going for a special occasion and wanna splurg, totally stay on WDW property, its great! I stayed at the Carribean Beach 4 years ago and we LOVED it. Our HM will be at either the Grand Floridan or the Polyinesian.

We also got engaged in front of Cindy's castle. We're going to 1900 Park Fair for dinner this November, our pre-wedding trip. We usually do a quick bfast from hotel because we want to get to the parks. But I did hear 1900 is great all around buffet.

I don't think so-i've eaten at 2 other disney restaurants while vacationing in Orlando (staying out side the property) and never needed a park ticket. Since the resort isn't in the actual park. You can easily access their restaurant.
