So Duet mailed me all of the printed proofs from my ePics and I love them. Here's my question though...what does the ePics package include? Do I just call them and describe the picture that I want an 8x10 of? Also, did you guys get a CD of all of the proofs too? Thanks a bunch!!

they mailed me all the pics on a CD for free. my package included picking one of those pics and they will enlarge it to 20x20 and put it in a frame for the wedding. then after the wedding, they take off the frame and i keep the 20x20.

They gave me all 80 proofs for free. I didnt have any enlargements in package so I emailed them the number of the photos that I wanted enlarged and they did it for a resonable price.

Yes you do let them know which one you want them to enlarge but I am not really sure how that works. I have not done that yet. I got a Cd with mine but I am not sure if they do that for everyone or if that was soemthing extra they just threw in to get us to book. They mentioned that they will give us a CD before we booked. HTH

hey...the CD is not included in the package...they'll tell you that you have to pay $30 for it...but we argued with them and got it free.... A couple of girls on here had stated that they got it for free....but Duet wanted to charge us..... when I asked them why...they said that they usually give it free if it took them a while to get the EPICS back to you (ours only took a little over a week)....my FH was kinda short with them and said 'fine, but my fiance is a big fan of LIWeddings and will be forced to post about this'.... He was kinda joking...but they paniced and agreed to throw it in free. FH kinda felt bad, but with the size package we signed for....a CD costs them about $1.00!!!
I think the actual package came with one enlargement (20X20)...but I know we wanted to switch that and have the bigger one be a wedding pic and the smaller one be an E Pic!! Not really sure though...sorry..

if you want to get something enlarge there should be a number on the back
i just emailed them to tell them which one i wanted enlarged...and that was it
