Calling all Mrs.'s (Registry related)

Name something you overlooked in registering and wished you had not?

What are some things you registered for which you have yet to use?

I don't think I overlooked anything. Maybe lamps or more decorative stuff.

The only thing I haven't used I think is my food processor.

Same here- b/c we're not in a house yet a lot of our stuff is actually still in boxes. No place for a breadmaker or an ice cream maker yet
Make sure you register for luggage if you need it. We did and got our entire set and love it!

Now that all is said and done, I must admit that DH did a good job making sure we didn't register for superfluous things. We already had everyday dishes so we didn't register for more. The only thing I would put on my registry that I didn't would be a pasta insert. We bought one later on and love it.

Honestly I think the only thing we haven't used is our french onion soup bowls---but I am glad we have them for when I get around making some!

I don't think we forgot anything but maybe some little kitchen things that Dh wanted (mango slicer, wire cheese slicer)...really random.

OH I think the one thing we forgot was a nice laundry hamper...we got one for my shower but my mom liked it and took it (since we were travelng)

We got so many Bed Bath and Beyond gift cards we were able to finish registry and get the little stuff I just mentioned.

i had the opposite problem--we registered for way too much and got it all. we realized we'll never use half of it so we returned what we didn't need and bought things we did need.

the only thing we're still missing is a small frying pan
