Calling all past and present Sandcastle brides!

Please FM or post if you have had a cake tasting - I posted during the summer that my new BM wouldnt allow us to have a food tasting and I have since heard wonderful things and am over it. However, he had said to come in the fall to schedule the cake tasting. Now that it is fall they are denying any cake tasting and insist that they have NEVER done a cake tasting EVER!

They said we just need to trust them that everything is good. Now I'm aggravated and I'm tired that they have not honored anything they have told us so far... and I know I have heard nothing but wonderful things about their food but I have been given no reason to trust them!

I would just like to know if any sandcastle brides have ever had a cake tasting before selecting their cake. Thank you girls!!!

I was told that I could have a cake tasting if I wanted I just haven't had the time. I think I told you about my food tasting last time you posted and you really can trust them on that note!

As far as the cake goes I would definately not trust them!!!!! Every bride I've talked to says their cake was horrible and the tasting is always wonderful so it's really very confusing/misleading. All the guest I talk to never remember the cake especially if there was the veniese hour they have no clue if there was even a cake.
