calling all teacherssssss

Do any of you have Engrade at your school? Omg how stressful!!!!!!
The middle school has been doing it for some time however, we were just introduced to it these past few months and have had to enter every known work from their child. Ugh I have had 3 parents email me (on my engrade account) Oh why did my child score this and this on their midterm... its so stresssfullllll

I actually started using it on my own a few years ago, and recommended it to my team last year and all of us started using it. I really like it. It keeps me organized, and I like that the kids are responsible and held accountable. It can be annoying when the kids ask why I didn't put the grades up yet. The parents have never complained about it or bothered me about why. So I've been lucky.

I wouldnt like if admin was forcing it on us, but it has been a great tool for my classroom. Sorry you hate it!!!

I dont hate it.. Its just stressful.
I mean, we were just introduced to it in Jan? and in such a short time span enter their grades, midterms, writing stuff, quizzes, etc... its all fairly new.
I didnt even know about it. It is useful bc it breaks down everything for you, and parents, but you have to enter grades in this amount of time, etc... bc parents constantly check.
