Calling all Westbury Manor Brides...

What hotel are you using for your OOT guests?

Hi. I am really considering using the Wingate Inn. it's near by and one of the least $$. the Inn at FH is just too much and too far.

my friend got married there and used Fox Hollow, wouldn't recomend the hotel. She also reserved rooms at the Best Western, would recommend. FM for more info

Im debating on this one myself.

I heard a few negative reviews about FH Inn. The Garden City Hotel I heard is not worth the $$ that they charge you (very outdated). The Winngate Inn has gotten some good reviews and there is also another hotel nearby whose name I cant remember for life...I'll let you know once it clicks in my head.

Thanks girls...We were going to use the Garden City Hotel but we stayed there a month ago for a wedding and IMO NOT worth the money they charge you for the rooms...I've stayed in nicer rooms at 'budget' hotels...the room was so outdated...nothing to constitute the money they want for one night...I don't care where you're located...

I got a quote at the Hilton Garden INn for $135 ($155 for jr. suite) they don't have a liquor license yet or a bridal suite, but they anticipate getting the license before 4/06

i'm using holiday inn

be careful...the girl who used to do the bookings at wingate inn told me they would probably NOT have a liquor license by then. so i'm not taking any chances. someone new is there now

We are using the Marriott in Uniondale. Hilton Garden Inn and Wingate told us they didn't have enough rooms left, plus the Hi lton said because it was a holiday weekend, the guests would have to book for min of 2 nights. Yea, like Westbury is such a hot travel destination
