Calling February Brides!

Have any of you done your menu, details, etc.. with the reception hall yet. i still have not. If they don't give me a call by the end of the week I will give them a call. How are all of you handling the DAMN STRESS??? I think I feel like breaking down and crying every 20 minutes..

Dont worry. I feel the same way but it all comes together eventually. We did menus and that stuff early. Our hall allowed us to do it before Xmas.

It is just that my hall gave us like a timeline sheet and it said 2 months before the wedding you do menu, details, etc.. But I called about 2 or 3 weeks ago and one of the banquet managers told me i will be getting a call soon from a banquet manager to set that up and that they are just finishing up with the january brides.... i just want to make sure i am not totally screwing things up and not doing it in time.. but i guess it is sort of standard.

Hi...I am hardly ever on LIW, but I am getting married next month too. My hall called me right before Christmas and we are going on Monday night to do our menu, etc. Maybe the halls were busy with the holidays, but I would call them Monday if you don't hear from them sooner...Good luck!

Well i called the hall today and we are going there next wednesday!!! YEAH!! I am so excited. Now i have to pick out the cake. I totally forgot about that......

I had my sit down with the hall today!!! They gave me homework! hehe! seating, alphapatize(sorry spelling) the guest list, and i have 2 more appointments to go!!yuppie!
we think we have the favor picked out! a castle card holder! I can't wait almost over!!!

My menu is now done. I have to do the seating once I get the response cards back.
(People can be so inconsiderate, I have 64 outstanding... RSVP date is today.)

oh no i hope you get the min. i am having the problem that from his side no one is comming yet! and he was finally getting into it and now he is upset again! i feel so bad i don't know what to do for him! my list as of last night went down to 266. and my mom put the 1st as the reply date. my hall was a little pissed about that but there was nothing we could do they where done aleady. anyway i hope things turn out ok for you!!! fm is you need to talk!
