Calling past brides who used Cruise Control Limousine
Hey ladies! I was just wondering if you can tell me about your experience with Cruise Control. I am very close to booking them for my wedding day and haven't read too many reviews about them on here.
I appreciate any feedback you can give me.

I am getting married a month from today and using Cruise Control, so I can give you a full review then. But we did also use them for my bachelorette party and they showed up a half hour early with a brand new limo (only used once before, so obviously very clean). The driver knew exactly how to get where we were going (out to the Hamptons) and waited around for us and took us home. He was very nice and professional. I have no complaints at all. We booked with them because they were one of the only limo companies with zero complaints from the BBB(and were reasonably priced). The owner even shared with us that they have one pending negative review with the BBB that hadnt been listed yet. He explained the situation to us. I thought that was very honest of him considering we would never have known otherwise. Actually, that negative review still isnt up, so I guess it was taken care of. Hope this helps. ETA: I just checked the BBB again, still no negative reviews. Zero in the past 3 years. I guess he just had one complaint but they never took it to the BBB.

Thank you soo much for the info. I met with them and the guy was really nice. He also told me about the incident he thought would be reported to BBB. I thought that was very honest of him too.

I used them for my wedding day this past November. I dont have a bad word to say about them. They arrived on time, the drivers were courteous, the cars were clean. I felt extremely confident in them from the beginning, and they didnt disappoint. Let me know if you have any other questions!!!!

We used them and they were really great the day of and prior to booking. But we did have some problems with Tony's wife when we were confiming things - he does the booking and then you have to deal with her and she doesn't necessarily know what's going on so just make sure you get everything in writing on your contract because she tried to screw us out of things we were promised by him and it was really unpleasant for FH and I to deal with this the week of our wedding. If we had been more diligent about getting the details into our contract, all of this could've been avoided - but Tony was so nice and relaxed about everything, we let down our guard and it led to problems for us later on, but like I said - they were great the day of, and our problems could have been avoided by us.

Thanks for the info. I already had that in mind b/c I work for attorneys and after working for them I have learned to ALWAYS get everything in writing..

Well ladies, after reading all your opinions, I did it!! I booked Cruise Control Limos for my wedding. I booked a 2007 Escalade and a Chrysler 300C. Thanks for all your opinons!!
