I have not chosen an RH yet but once I do, I will absolutely call them when I have questions! They definitely expect it so I wouldn't worry. Plus, you are spending so much money there that they should be able to answer all of your questions!

ur giving them a large sum of money i think if you have a question you have the right to have it answered. Relax though, they do this for a living. I prefer to send an email to my BM so that he can answer me at his leisure....a good BM will get back within 24 hours.

Dont feel bad to call at all! i email our hall pretty consistently w/ little questions that arise (how many uplights are typically used? what size are the tables? etc.) and they are more than accomodating! Im sure your hall would be more than happy to assist you!

I used to email Larkfield once a week..now its calmed down a bit!

and to answer your question, no, not crazy at all! its the first time most of us are getting married! we will have questions and want it to be perfect :)
