Tuesday 1pm - dropped off invitations at post office Wednesday 5:30pm - get home from work to find an empty response envelope in my mailbox.
so, someones invitations either opened up and it fell out and HOPEFULLY they got the rest of it
OR
Someones invitiation got destroyed and they didn't get it.
wish i had numbered the friggin envelopes too
so far we have confirmed that 24 out of 126 have arrived perfectly fine.....
like i need this stress

don't worry - even if someone didn't get their invitation, you will find out because you'll call them when the RSVP date expires.
it's not a fun situation to be in, but it's not *that* terrible either.

aww don't worry - i had a few envelope mishaps too... everyone got the invitationst themselves in tact and everything worked out
it's not worth the stress

If for some reason the envelop did open and everything came out, the person will receive an empty envelop addressed to them and will call you and say hey - i received an empty envelope can you send me a new one?

i pray that this is what happens... so far of 126 invites 25 ok, 1 that should have arrived did not, and others are not confirmed. i would just feel bad if i learn about it close to the rsvp date and they think they were an after thought
