Just wanted to comment- My grat WAS included- I called Joe to double check because I was kinda confused. I think he did that to match the price of another limo company we were considering.

We ended up tipping anyway because
1. Chris (driver) was awesome, and
2. I didn't want him to get the short end of our deal
