I just had to say that Joe at Camelot Limos is amazing to work with. I just had a bunch of changes last minute on my original order and he made them for me and still worked within my budget. If anyone needs a limo company - I can't say enough nice things!!

I had a bit of a problem with them. I think they are TOO BUSY to listen to the little details you may need. My little details were extremly important to me and they messed it up. He told me I saved someone in the future, which I'm happy for them, but I will never be able to get my moment back.

Bottom line, Joe had the time to talk to me before I booked, but once I did...it was yea yea yea!

Could you shed some more light? What did he mess up for you? And I'm confused b/c your date says January 2010....unless it's a fake date, your wedding hasn't happened yet so how could he mess it up??? Just curious, b/c I booked with him too and I loved him.

I did not book them for my wedding and will not. I used them as car service to and from the airport. I will send you FM

I will say this:

#1 - both drivers to and from the airport were there to pick us up before the scheduled time.

#2 - both drivers were both extremely nice and very professional

#3. - My fiance did get sick on the way home and the driver quickly pulled over for him and did not complain or make it worse for him

I guess my only complaint was one that was extremely important to me....it was not the service (which was great), but the disappointment in ruining a surprise that was kept secret for over 10 months. I guess it's better than missing our plane or not being picked up at all. But I did put total trust into this company and was let down.

Again, my apologies to Camelot if I gave off the wrong impression about their company...I just wish for my sake, there was more communication with the drivers and that the drivers fully understood my situation since this was something so very special to me. I also never recieved a confirmation call the night before and had to call twice myself.
