I am getting some pricing on limos...Joe being my first call gave me a rate. I called another company, they gave me their rate and then told me about additional fuel surcharges etc. Does anyone know what fees camelot has aside from their hourly rate? I figured id try to get an answer on here tonight and if not ill call and bother him again tomorrow...

my contract is at home...but im pretty sure there were no hidden fees nor do i remember him mentioning any fuel charges
we booked Joe on the spot, his prices were reasonable and totally in our budget so we didnt feel a need to look elsewhere
i did do some research on here by searching for limo prices, limo quotes etc and had an idea what the going rate was

I just went last week to do Limos and Joe is an all around great guy! We havent booked but after all the places we went to we felt the most comfortable with him and his company. We are getting married on New years eve and he was the only one that says if it snows... dont worry about that.. we will.. and we will be there! everyone else was like well we have the right not to send out cars out.. OK sure heres 2 grand your booked.. NOT! there are just some things you dont say to a couple planning a wedding and that is yea we dont really have to come..
He gave us a total price with out the extra tip that you would give the driver the day of. HE mention fuel and stuff when he quoted us but that was apart of the price. Def give him a call he will def explain everything to you..

We went with Camelot but they weren't the most inexpensive, but they gave you what you were paying for. I would definatly go look at them!

same here with us. we didnt' book on the spot because i wanted to call around first, but i went back two days later and signed the contract with him. i dont think there were any hidden fees.

My FH definitely felt more comfortable with Joe than with Bobby from Legend ... we priced around and for the quality of cars, Camelot was definitely the way to go!

We booked with Joe and he seemed great! Booked on the spot. I didn't see anything about additional fuel charges, etc.

i booked with Joe cause when he quoted me a price it included everything without hidden fees, then after he quoted the price and i hesitated, ( it was more then our budget allowed) he said 'where do you need to be?' and then met us there

FH and I booked with Joe on the spot. Before going to see Joe at Camelot, I called a few other limo companies I used to use when I worked somewhere else. Although Camelot gave me the better price and Joe definitely worked with what I was looking to pay and get out of the limo.
My family and I are also using his company for airport transfers next weekend and will let you know how it goes.

Sure. It was because I had an appt and was kept waiting for almost and hr. Then after I was called in, we didnt discuss details cause I was taken to see the cars, by someone other than Joe. Then after returning from the garage, he had other customers in his office and I was told to wait again. Im not high maintenance by any means, BUT to me that was ridiculous. I just got up and left. I was not impressed with the customer service and my first impression was not good. I didnt even get to hear his price quote for what I need because of this. So thats my story!

We were kept waiting and same thing with the garage...but to be honest I knew how busy they would be because of the great job they do. I would much rather be somewhere that is busy because they do a good job rather than empty because no one wants their services. When we were there...between 8-930 pm(wait time, seeing the limos, talking with joe, signing, etc.) there were 4 other couples in and out of there in that period of time. They know the limo business and I trust that. Not every company is right for everyone!! There are probably other great limo companies out there, I'm sure! But I'm excited to work with Camelot =)
